Ram offers the 1500 in many body styles. The SLT models include all the standard and optional equipment, except for the spray-in bedliner. They also have chrome exterior trim pieces and 17-inch alloy wheels. The Luxury Group adds power-folding sidemirrors with integrated side markers and puddle lights, interior lighting, an auto-dimming rearview and illuminated vanity mirrors, overhead storage bins, multifunction steering wheels, and a 7-inch display screen mounted in he dash.
The sport models include LED running and turn signals lights, tuned dual exhaust and body-colored grilles and bumpers. They also have power folding and heated side and rear mirrors. 20-inch alloy wheels are available. Power adjustable driver seat, center console, Bluetooth connectivity and LED interior lighting.
Laramie models include almost everything from the Sport, plus chrome bumpers, grille, rearview cam, power-adjustable pedals and driver memory settings. Leather front seats, vinyl rear chairs, heated and ventilated passenger seats, dual-zone automatic temperature control, heated steering wheels, 115-volt power outlet and wood grain/chrome interior trim parts. An upgraded sound system includes a subwoofer.
Laramie Longhorn models include everything on the Laramie, including remote start, a larger tank, spray-in mattressliner, mesh grille insert and tow hooks. Rear parking sensors are also included. Heated leather backseats and leather and wood steering wheels can be added. HD radio and navigation are also available.
Laramie Limited models include the RamBox storage system and chrome side-step bars. They also have automatic high beams, auto wipers, automatic high beams, and automatic wipers. The optional Outdoorsman package is available only to models with four-wheel drive. It includes a larger tank, gray bumpers and tow hooks, as well as underbody skid plates, limited slip differential, all-terrain tires and fender flares.
Mobile Wi-Fi, air suspension, and integration with smartphone apps are all options that can be used as a stand-alone option.

Performance and Engine
Ram offers the 1500 a 3.6-liter V6 base engine. This engine is standard on the SLT trim. The output is 305 horsepower and 269 pounds-feet. There are two-wheel-drive options and four-wheel drive. Both V8 engines get the same fuel economy, with 14 mpg in cities, 20 mpg on highways, and 16 mpg when combined.
The Ram 1500’s interior is modern and well-designed. It is easy to read the gauges and reach the controls while driving. Although the lower trim levels have fewer high-end materials than the higher trims, craftsmanship is still excellent. The upper trim levels boast interiors comparable to luxury cars.
